1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if they meet all of the following:

Returned within 30 days of delivery

In new, unused condition

In original packaging, with all parts and documentation

Not installed or altered in any way
Items not eligible for return:

Custom or special-order fixtures

Clearance or final sale products

Items damaged due to improper installation or handling

Bulbs and electrical components (unless defective upon arrival)
2. How to Start a Return
To begin your return request:

Include your order number and reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), if applicable
Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
3. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery

Items must be carefully packaged — any damage during return transit may affect eligibility

For freight shipments, we can schedule pick-up via our carrier network upon request (fees may apply)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the packaging and product

We will repair, replace, or issue a refund depending on availability and circumstances
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If a restocking fee applies (typically 10–25% for manufacturer-processed returns), you will be notified in advance.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for another item:

Once approved, place a new order for the replacement product
7. Defective Products
Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the product. If your item fails under normal use:

8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment, unless:

The item is custom-made or special-order

The manufacturer has already released the shipment
If cancellation is requested after shipment, it may be treated as a return.
